The Center for Strategy, Ethics & Values (CSEV) is a non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to building a generation of informed citizens and value-driven leaders. We exist to strengthen civic participation, promote ethical leadership, and inspire citizens to take responsibility for the progress of Nigeria.

Our work is rooted in the belief that national transformation begins with enlightened citizens — people who understand their rights, uphold their duties, and are guided by values that promote unity, justice, and accountability.

Programs That Inspire, Educate, and Empower

Citizen Sensitization & Awareness Campaigns

We run ongoing community outreach programs, school sessions, town hall meetings, and online campaigns to inform people about voter registration processes, electoral rights, responsibilities, and the importance of their participation.

Voter Registration Drives & Mobilization

We organize registration drives and voter mobilization efforts—offering support and guidance to help citizens obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs). Our teams traverse states, partnering with local groups to ensure everyone who is eligible has the chance to register.

Leadership Training & Mentorship

We believe strong leadership matters. We teach top leaders through intensive academies, mentoring networks, workshops, and experiential learning. Our programs develop skills like critical thinking, ethical decision-making, public speaking, community organizing, and more.

Ethics & Values Education

We believe leadership without values is directionless. Through our ethics forums, seminars, and publications, we promote honesty, discipline, accountability, and respect for others — values that must anchor leadership at every level.

Strategic Research & Policy Advocacy

We conduct evidence-based research and develop strategic insights that inform national policies and civic reforms. Our advocacy efforts ensure that issues affecting citizens — especially youth participation, transparency, and governance

We inspire and equip young Nigerians to become active participants in democracy. By providing training, mentorship, and platforms for expression, we help them move from passive observers to active nation-builders, shaping the future with knowledge and purpose.
